The project, which is realized by Ekinciler - Dağ Construction Business Partnership, is constructed as 1084 residences as follows;
Basement + Ground + 11 Normal flats 8 Blocks - 384 Residences
Basement + Ground + 8 Normal flats 8 Blocks - 306 Residences
Basement + Ground + 5 Normal flats 1 Blocks - 24 Residences
Basement + Ground + 4 Normal flats 16 Blocks - 370 Residences
The total construction area is 191,952 m2 . The in-island and general substructures and environmental arrangement works are also performed as well as the construction of 1084 residences. The construction is performed with the tunnel mould technology.
714 residences will be completed in February/2008 and 370 residences will be completed in September/2008 in the project which is started on the date 27.07.2006.
