The project will be built by Ekinciler - Mazroui partnership.

The complex consists of a 3 floor shopping center of 71.000m2 and a 8 floor hotel building of 28.500m2, for a total construction area of 99.500m2. The shopping center is equipped with 10 escalators and 9 elevators, including 3 panoramic elevators. The hotel building also has 9 elevators with 3 panoramic ones. Both buildings are fully automated.
