Akbatı Residence and Shopping Center project has been designed by one of World's leading architectural groups, "Development Design Group & Sehilart Mimarlık" and it is being built on a 400.000m2 land. The project is located North of TEM highway, on the Behçeşehir - Esenyurt border.

The Akbatı Shopping Center will have over 70.000m2 rentable space and consists of a 3 floor parking garage and 4 additional floors: a hypermarket floor, 2 floors for shopping and a floor for entertainment.

The job undertaken is the rough construction work of the 1 st phase of the Akbatı Shopping Center for a 126.000m2 construction area and it will be completed in 8 months.
